Fastgraph/Image Naming Conventions

The names of all Fastgraph/Image functions begin with the four characters "fgi_". This prefix helps identify Fastgraph/Image functions within a program, and it also reduces the chance of name conflicts that might otherwise occur between Fastgraph/Image and other third party libraries.
