Fastgraph/Image Header Files

For C and C++ programs, the FGIWIN.H header file contains the Fastgraph/Image function prototypes. The statements

must appear in all C or C++ Fastgraph/Image programs, and both header files must exist in a directory where the compiler normally searches for header files. Actually, FGIWIN.H includes FGWIN.H if necessary, but we recommend explicitly including both header files for clarity.
